Terms of Service
Last updated: March 13, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using AuctorOS ("the Service"), operated by Auctor Inc. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. The Service
AuctorOS is an autonomous revenue operations platform that connects to your CRM, detects pipeline risk, recommends and executes interventions, and measures outcomes. The Service includes the web application at app.auctoros.ai, the API, scheduled background processing, and all associated features.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. CRM Access
When you connect a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho), you authorize AuctorOS to read deal data, contact records, and activity history, and to write tasks, field updates, and risk scores back to your CRM on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through the Integrations panel or by disconnecting the OAuth connection in your CRM provider's settings.
5. Your Data
You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any CRM data, deal records, or business information you provide. We use your data solely to operate the Service for your workspace, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
- Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access.
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications through CRM writebacks.
7. Pilot & Subscription
Pilot subscriptions run for 30 days. If AuctorOS does not detect meaningful revenue risk during the pilot period, the pilot is free. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Autonomous Actions
AuctorOS may create tasks, update deal fields, trigger notifications, and execute other CRM actions autonomously based on its risk detection and policy engine. All autonomous actions are governed by the authority policy configured in your workspace, logged in an immutable audit trail, and subject to approval workflows you configure. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring these policies.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible. Enterprise plans include SLA commitments as specified in individual agreements.
10. Limitation of Liability
AuctorOS provides revenue risk detection and intervention recommendations based on CRM data analysis. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, forecast accuracy levels, or deal closure rates. The Service is a decision-support and automation tool — ultimate business decisions remain yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Intellectual Property
AuctorOS, including its agents, algorithms, risk models, digital twin technology, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Auctor Inc. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as described.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your CRM data will be deleted within 30 days. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
